Michelle “Miki” McLean, is a Senior Consultant in the  Professional Education division of IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC (ITK). ITK’s Professional Education division specializes in providing professional training and development resources within the context of the CPA profession and its associated disciplines.

 

Miki manages our cadre of expert speakers who help to educate and inform CPAs both in public practice and business & industry—helping to book them for conferences, webinars, and in-firm training events. Miki also administers the online learning programs in the SMB Learning Center, many of which incorporate the teachings from our professional speakers.

 

Prior to working for ITK, Miki worked at the Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA), where she managed the Continuing Professional Education department.  Miki was responsible for ensuring that the WSCPA delivered high quality events and education programs to CPAs and financial professionals throughout Washington State. She also planned and managed conference, seminar, and webinar logistics; coordinated vendor sponsorships and exhibit booths; and developed custom learning programs for CPA firms. While focusing on growing the in-house training program, Miki succeeded in establishing an organizational process within the WSCPA’s education department, and streamlined operations to make the department more efficient.

 

Miki has focused on customer service for the past 25 years. Her longevity and commitment to organizations assisted her in developing long term working and professional relationships, which contributed to the success of the WSCPA in-house training program and continues to build ITK’s professional education division.
