Alisa Nishimoto, PMP, is a Director with IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC (ITK), a specialized CPA firm dedicated to helping small businesses and middle market organizations leverage strategic technologies, proactively manage their business and technical risks, and enable balanced organizational growth and development.

Director of Client Services 

As ITK’s Director of Client Services, Alisa manages multiple teams of specialists who provide advisory, systems management and support, and application development services for a variety of industries. Alisa also oversees all firm administration functions related to the delivery of high quality services, including staff performance management, client relationship management, firm methodology deployment, and firm continuous improvement.

Project Oversight from Beginning to End

Alisa is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), overseeing project team performance and completion of key project deliverables from project inception to closure. Alisa’s gentle but firm style, glowing smile, and addictive laughter help to keep the entire project team (ITK, vendors, and client staff) on track while keeping spirits high. Alisa is known for her tenacity and consistency in ensuring that the entire team delivers high quality products and services, on-time, and on-budget.

Prior to working with IntrapriseTechKnowlogies, Alisa was a part of the Management Consulting team at Accenture, based in San Jose, California. During her tenure with Accenture she obtained experience working with the Communications, Electronics, and High Tech sectors.
