IT Risk & Controls/Business Analyst

Tired of being “the dreaded auditor” or want to switch your focus to help clients grow and thrive?  IntrapriseTechKnowlogies is looking for a senior to principal level consultant to work in our growing Hawaii and national advisory practice for small and midsize businesses and nonprofits covering: IT strategy and governance, business solutions architecture, systems implementation oversight, IT risk management and audit, and IT audit-related special projects and technical education.  Great flex time and no overtime (i.e. great work-life balance).

Min Required Quals: CPA permit holder or completion of professional experience for CPA, 3 years work experience in audit with at least 1 in IT audit.  Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal controls (in general, not just IT). Working knowledge of IT risk assessment and controls and technical background in Windows server operating systems and networking.  Good interviewing and process documentation skills.

​Preferred Quals: CITP or CISA.  4 years work experience in audit or consulting. Strong project management and engagement management skills. Familiarity with a variety of general ledger and other business solutions software.

Senior Business Systems Analyst 

Should have at least 4-5 years of analyst experience, including 1-2 years of programming experience. This person will primarily be responsible for implementation of a conceptual architecture/design into a logical design and physical design.  Experience in writing business requirements, functional specifications, and module-based and component-based application design a must. This role also generally acts as an assistant technical manager on larger development projects.

Quality Control Analyst


Should have at least 2 years of application development (any discipline) experience OR 2 years auditing (financial or systems) experience.  This person will lead quality control management for application development, data integration, and system implementation projects.  Must have at least one year experience in developing testing plans and scripts, and documentation of testing results.  Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes preferred.  

A good opportunity for someone in the accounting field who wants to work more with technology and the application of technology in support of the accounting and financial reporting function.
