Jenifer brings 25 years of IT professional experience having worked with global technology, government and private education sectors for software solutions. She has a keen ability to understand the big picture while having a client partnership mentality. This approach provides Jenifer the ability to understand the big picture while having a client partnership mentality, enabling her to serve as a trusted ally and manage expectations to deliver results by leveraging her global experience with customers and teams. Her diverse experience with varying sizes of organizations and remote teams has allowed her to build strong camaraderie with clients and colleagues. 

 

Jenifer is responsible for driving customer success with new technology adoption in her roles in User Advocacy and Customer Support Management. Her committed approach of keeping the clients’ best interest in mind embodies ITK’s company values of Synergy and Kaizen for collaborative and continuous improvement.

 

Prior to working with ITK, Jenifer has been in business analysis, project/program management and software/quality testing roles for solution implementations with tech giants like IBM and Facebook in Silicon Valley.
